Terrified. In need of guidance, and advice

I am sorry if this post is a bit long. I dont want to leave any detail out, as every case is unique. As far as I can remember I've had occasional burning sensation while urinating and after masterbation (masturbation). I should memtion that I masterbate maybe 5 times a week since I was small, I'm 23 now. Sometimes after more than normal masterbation (masturbation) the burning sensation and the urge to urinate constantly and light testicle pain, if I remember correctly persisted for a day or two but always subsided. My forskin does not go all the way back so house cleaning is a problem a few times i've tried.

On 10/9 I recieved protected oral sex by a "pro" which lasted maybe 3-4 mins. Never did the condom break as far as I know. I never ejeculated because I was having a problem to stay erect. The oral part only persisted for 2 mins tops. The rest of the time was spent on a handjob to get me erect again which never happened. The handjob was done very fast and aggressively, and my forskin does on push back. I decided to call it quits.

For the next 2 days my penis was sore, I had a tingling sensation form what I can tell form inside my urithera that makes me want to urinate frequently. Both these feeling are somewhat fimilar to me. The soreness has gone, but that tingling feeling is  still there today (10/18).

I went to see a urologis. Microscopic blood was found in my urine. I have no blisters or red bumps on my penis. I do have these white bumps on the under side of my penis shaft and a few clusters on the forskin. I believe these are Fordyce spots and have had them before my encounter. Sometimes the tip of my penis burns during/after I urinate and sometimes it doesnt. I've had no fever, back pains or leg pains. But that tingling feeling has never gone away, has been there for a week, and my testicles have slightly ached randomly.  

Given my situation, could this be a STD? My dctor has put me on Cipro and Zithromax. I have been scheduled to get my kidneys, bladder, and prostate more closely examined next week. Also my urine and blood is being sent to the lab for any traces of an infection or disease. If you cannot tell, I'm really paranoid about this and I apologize for this long post. I am mostly concerned about HIV or Herpes could this be a sign of any of the two? Thank you for any information you can provide.

Your symptoms do not sound like HIV, herpes, or any other STD, and you could not have caught any STD from the sexual exposure you describe.  I imagine the trace of blood in your urine might be traumatic, from the vigoous stimulation you decribe, and I doubt the cipro and zithromax are treating anything or will make any difference.  Follow up with your own doctor if you have continuing symptoms.
