Test results

Ok, this is a bit confusing, and I have been stressing for almost 3 months now...
About 3 months ago (my last possible exposures) I received oral sex and possible brushed up (while making out) my penis with a woman's vagina, but did not have sex with her. We were both intoxicated and there is a possibility that while rolling around they could have touched for a second or two.
I have had no symptoms, although when i think about it too much i start to feel like it is burning after i pee etc. but when i wake up in the morning its never burning (probably because i haven't thought about it all night).
I had an igm and igg test 4 weeks after my possible exposures, IGM was positive and IGG was negative 0.00... I was then freaking out and got tested again exactly one week later (week 5)... My igm was now negative and my igg was still negative... but now my igg was 0.2 (still negative though but only 5 weeks after possible exposure)...
Now this week i am going (week 12) to get a final igg test... still no symptoms that i can tell and so i guess my question would be, is there a likelihood or possibility of being infected?
I am freaking out, thank you for listening.
