Testical size

What's the size of a normal testis? My girlfriend had sex with a few couple of guys and she said my testical is abnormally big. This is worrying. And, does testis size changes? When I wake up, my testis size is large, but sometimes, the size is much smaller...is this normal? and after  ejaculating, is it normal that you will feel abit pain on your testis? thanks

Testicles do not vary in size.  Apparent temporary enlargement might suggest a hernia (although usually the person would notice the variation, which would be quite obvious).  Epididymitis can cause testicular enlargement, but is painful.  Testicular tumors don't come and go, so I doubt you have cancer or anything so dramatic.  But if your girlfriend seems quite certain that one testicle is abnormally large, it makes sense for you to see a health care provider to put your mind at ease.

Pain in the lower abdomen and testicles after ejaculation is pretty common, especially after unusually rapid arousal and orgasm; or after multiple ejaculations in a few hours ("blue balls").  Such discomfort usually resolves in a few minutes.  If you have really severe pain or if it lasts for several hours, that also should be checked out by a health care provider.
