Tests came back negative

I am 40 and male.  A condom went down 80% of the way when having sex with a girl around Aug 5th.  About 10 days later up to now I have been having serious pressure in my pelvic region, pain at times with my balls, the tip of the penis is very uncomfortable at times, have some low pain after ejaculation.  I am really tired and depressed.  I finally went to a doctor at a clinic about two weeks ago.  She took blood and urine and tested me for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trich, and possibly other things.  In the meantime she put me on various antibiotics aggressively that wipe out the three things I mentioned.  It has been two weeks and I still feel the same.  I have an appointment with a Urologist this Thursday.  Perhaps it is Prostatitis and not connected to anything sexual at all?  

In 2003-04, I was in Iraq and since coming back have been told that only 15% of my sperm are ok.  I also have a small hard thing in the scrotum that feels like a calcification.  Could that be it possibly?

The calcification thing could be causing it, as could prostatitis.

Its good you are seeing a urologist.
