Where are these Herpes Select and ELISA tests offered? How accurate are they and how much are they?! Thanks!

Your doc can do it, most Planned Parenthoods do, some GUM clinics in the UK do them.

The accuracy depends on the timing.  It can take up to 4 months to delvelop antibodies, and that's what the herpeselect looks for.
