Thailand STD Scare

I was in Thailand last week had had 2 encounters.
First encounter kissing and condom protested oral (I am the male, she is female)
Second encounter kissing and non protected oral.
I am working myself up and getting all stressed out as when I returned I had explosive diarrhoea for 5 days and shortly afterwords had a flu like symptoms (no temperate) yellow mucous.
The past couple of days I have noticed on the tip of my penis a slight warmth and when I look at it its slightly red. I do not notice / look at my penis often if that makes sense.
My question is how long does a rash take to develop or more than likely a skin irritation? I wish I could post a photo BUT i do not believe you can on this site.

Here is a risk chart but a bit of low risk. Not unless you get symptoms should you test. Anyway good luck!
Main risk receiving oral sex- low risk for herpes, gono, syphilis
