The Testicle Pain is on the move!!!!

Hi

Stange one this - been having testicular pain after unprotected sex 11 weeks ago...I have been taking antibiotics for 1 week. Since this time I have noticed the pain has at times moved from the testicles to the upper inside thigh/groin area - about 3 inches below there the leg/body joins (if that makes sense!!!) mainly on the right side but also on the left

Can Antibiotics cause a shift in this pain or could it be something else..? (I.e Herpes)

Cheers

Also - Is this back pain and shooting pain in legs only symptoms of "initial hsv-2 infection" and never after this

I dont have either, but it may benefit others on the forum.

Already had a gohn and clam test twice - and a swap at GUM clinic and unrine test - all negative...so I dont think I have a traditional "STD"

I reckon it is a non specific infection caused possibly by a UTI from the woman....to be honest it has improved quite alot during the time period which means it is going on its own accord.

Absolutely no sores or redness either....

Doesn't sound like an STD at all. Herpes is only an issue if you have systemic symptoms with sores. The most important symptom is the visible sore. If there are none than chances are very good you don't have it. Herpes just doesn't cause pain without sores. Other STDs are easy to spot, and none of your symptoms suggest chlamydia or NGU. You'd notice discharge and pain while peeing. Sounds more like genitally focused anxiety, ESPECIALLY because you said the pain is moving. I'd wait it out and if you notice any sores or discharge, consult your physician.
