if infected, isn't it hard chancre only grow in the mouth, do not grow in the genitals

You are using mouth to do oral on her so the only possible area of infection is your mouth. So your symptoms will only show in your mouth. Cunnilingus is pretty safe and I don't think you should worry unless you have cut on your lip or inside your mouth.
