Think I have an Std??

I am 17 and bout 6 months ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a girl I never knew I have noticed that there is alot of small white marks similer too pimples along the bottom of my penis and at the start of my penis too there are about 40 of them in total and some have have pubic hair growing through them or close to them  I have already made and appointment with my doctor they do not itch or cause any trouble do I have an Std?? Please reply soon doc thanks

Hi,

This is normal in men. They are not related to STD's. I have them in fact a lot of men have them. There is no harm in having a check up done anyway.
