Three Red bumps on penis head

I have had protected sex with this girl, we did some unprotected oral sex along with it. After sex I didn't clean up and went to bed. Woke up the next morning (BTW I am uncircumsized) I saw 3 red bumps on my penis head. They are bright red spots (size of a pin head) with the surface around the bumps little reddish. These bumps do not hurt at all not even to touch. I have no other symptoms (no fever, no fatigue, nothing). Normally I freaked out when I saw these but after seeing all the symptom checkers online I see that herpes bumps are really painful. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if herpes spots are painful and I am thinking these are probably from having rough oral sex. I will definitely go see a doctor but considering its the long weekend I have to wait till atleast until Tuesday the earliest. I don't want to panic but I am panicing none the less.

You wouldn't have seen any signs of an STD so soon... Also seeing that you did infact have protected i wouldn't worry about it, maybe those were caused because u didn't clean up. No need to freak out... Just so you know not all herpes bumps cause pain.
