Hi please help. Im a male. I had protected vaginal sex and received unprotected oral sex right after. A week later i experienced stinging during ejaculation and white clumpy discharge for a few mornings. The tip of my penis was a little red/sensative. These sypmtoms occured the day after rough unprotected vaginal sex with another woman. Those symptoms have gone away after about a week. That was the first time i had a new partner and used a condom in months. Condoms tend to irritate my penis a little. Please what may have been the cause.

Hi, just to be clear that you had a white clumpy discharge coming out of your urethra the day after you had protected vaginal and unprotected oral? The vaginal would not be the cause as it was protected and ive never heard of a white clumpy male urethra discharge. These occur from women with a vaginal yeast infection.

If this is a yeast infection its being passed back an forth and will need to see a doctor to clear this up. Yeast if fungal in nature and would need some antifungal treatment.
The discharge occured the day after the second unprotected vaginal encounter. It was clumpy the first day and milky for the remaining four or so. The partner I.had unprotected sex is now experiencing yeast infection symptoms 3 weeks after our encounter (Discharge white/yellow with no odor)
