Tingling in urination irritation

I've been experiencing a tingling sensation after I urinate for about 3 weeks now in the tip. I have no pain when I urinate. I know this is stupid but I looked inside the tip of my urethra and saw a red spot at the bottom of it a few cm inside. It looks red almost like a cut going down my urethra.there is noblisters or anything else. No fever, chills or flu like symptoms. I also feel like I got to pee alot. When i do pee its a  normal amount but sometimes it's a small amount. There is no discharge at all, my pee doesn't look cloudy or anything.
In a drunken stouper I've had unprotected sex with a female friend including oral 4 weeks ago. I got tested from quest diagnostics for HIV, trich, gonnoreah, clamidia, and hsv2 at the beginning of this week. All came back negative. I also asked the girl that I slept with if she has gotten tested for hsv1 &hsv2. She said she did in the past year and was negative for all stds when she saw her gyno. She has slept w an ex, a boyfriend, and myself. Can u please help me understand what could be happening? Im praying its not herpes.I've been reading everyone's posts and now I'm paranoid. Can it be psychosomatic?

Your symptoms are a manifestation of all the pulling and checking. Herpes inside the urethra is extremely painful and all your tests came back negative so that would substantiate my position.
