Tiny Red dots VERY WORRIED

I had once unprotected sex , even i was pretty sure that girl is clean i got red dots on the head of the penis the next day . (she was very dry ) and i was thinking thats the reason . Tiny red dots didnt hurt but they were spread on the tip of the penis . They went away after couple of weeks. Four months later i had unprotected sex with another female (she was kinda dry too) and after that i got tiny red dots again . After few days dots pretty much were gone. About week after that i was masturbating on and off  for week and almost 50% of times i get those red dots again , but they go away pretty quick but i am stil worry.  PLEASE HELP

Absolutely you could have, and that's quite a feasible explanation for this all.

i just found out that my partner has itchy skin around vagina. She itched the area (little red) and  now skin looks peeling (like after the week on the beach). Not really any bumps or other sympthoms. Both of us are completly feel good.

It might be broken blood vessels.

I know its not easy talking to a doc about these things, but its so important.  Your sexual health is just as important as your heart health, etc.

And trust me when I say your doc has seen it all, and what you say/show him won't phase him a bit.

Mostly they are under skin, or they are little raised up (sometimes almost like zid). They are nothing to pop, no white, no rash, doesn’t hurt tingle, or anything else other than drives me crazy. I was thinking I broke some blood vessels or something like that because it happened twice when female was little dry.  First time happened 4 months ago, probably took 2 weeks to go away, after that I had sex without any problem till 2 weeks ago.  They totally went away for few days and I masturbated last night and them re appeared again last night right after. Today they are already better but still make me worry and I am very shy to go to doctor. Thanks for the HELP.
I am not circumsized that might have something to do.

It might have something to do with blood flow to the area - are they raised bumps or just dots on the skin?

You should let a doc see this.
