Tiny bumps around meatus

I have Some really tiny (very un-noticeable) spots that look alot like perly penile pauples around my meatus. (under the skin) I am a virgin, i masturbate (use no lube:never have) and i am 14 years old. plz help! i'm quite worried still.
And i get some irritation at tip of penis, rarely.

ntranced, you have to stop. It is against forum rules to keep going on like this with posting the same question. You are getting the same answers from different people it would seem. You have to find a way to accept that these are normal and will not hurt you.
