Tiny hard white lumps "around! anus!!!

These lumps are probably simple "Whiteheads" formed in your pores around the anus. They can be removed by pressure just as they would on your face or back. I would though, be very careful in choosing a cleanser for afterwards . Most cleansers you would use on your face might be too strong for the sinsitive tissue around the anus.
