Tiny pimples for 10 years now around the skin of penis...not painful though..but what?plus now dried skin?

I have this tiny pimple like around the skin of my penis since I was 19 and I am now 29 but it is still there.... I didn't mind these before because it has never grown bigger, it was never painful and it has never spread out further more, they are just on the lower half of my penis..Sometimes I would squeeze one and what will come out is a white paste... but not all of them can be squeezed.. there was just this only one and it has always been for 10 years now. I have always thought it is just like a pore for my pubic hairs to grow but now I am worried it might be something else as I have learned some STD can be lifetime.
What is this?

Another thing, these has just occured when I was with my ex gf of 2.5 yrs.. I had this dry skin at the bottom of my penis... before, it feels like burning and itchy... I only had this almost tat the end of our relationship... I told her maybe it is because she uses too much of "Lactacyd" and that she "maybe" at the same time acidic... or I thought because sometimes after we are having sex I forget to wash my penis and sleep, and all the female fluids and saliva are left there to dry...But now we are separated and i have a new gf, I always wash it after sex... the dryness had been manageable and the burning sensation and itch had been manageable, like I even ignored it already as something I shouldn't worry..But today, I am worried because it is still there and it is not normal...
What is this?

What should I do? What should I treat this both problems with?

Thanks in advance for the help..

THank you very much for that information.... I am not worried about that PPP... yes I have them as tiny though around my crown... and PPP grows around the crown...

However, the tiny pimple like bumps that I have are starting from the lower half of my penis down to my testicles which is the area where my pubic hair grows... Although it may seem that they are only pores for my pubic hair to grow because of the area they are located... I can't be rest assured that it is not STD unless I saw photos similarly which says its normal...just like PPP... This tiny pimple like bumps does not spread any further..

Is it a lot of little pimple like bumps?  It could be pearly penile papules... google images of it or look at wikipedia.  It is also called Fordyce Spots.  Some men just have it, I do not believe it is an STD or anything like that.  Although, I don't know what to say about the dry skin.  Also could be mulluscum, but I do not know too much about that.

Another thing, I have this hard small pimple like bumps under my feet... but it just occured maybe months ago... I had it before I didn't treat it with anything it just disappeared... but now its back but its been months... inside it is a water like liquid... whenever i try to peel it... it will create a hole but it doesn't bleed maybe because it is only up until the foreskin of the bottom of my feet, which is thick that's why it doesn't bleed.

I am sorry I am just worried about all this, maybe it is related to what I have on my penis if ever I have a STD... since I have read that STD symptoms may occur on other parts of the body not only on the genitals..

Naseeb I don't have the pimple like around anywhere else like my thighs or below my stomach... just around the skin of my penis and my testicles...

Thanks Naseeb, yes I see hair growing for some but not all, especially on the area going upwards of my penis. When I noticed this before when I was 19, I checked with our university clinic and the doctor said it is nothing and it maybe is just some kind of pores where my pubic hair grows. So since then I ignored it. But I am thinking it through now, maybe it isn't normal. Because the doctor back then was just somekind of not sure, he is just a university doctor and not a especialist on this kind of problems. But anyway I hope it really is nothing. If ever it is something like a disease, should it get transmitted to other like my gf? me and most of my exs lasted at least a year I haven't noticed them get that same pimple like growing on them like I have transmitted to them something.

Thanks Grace, how about the dried skin? it just occured to me last year maybe. Is it just an irritation of having hard sex and I do msturbate a lot like almost everyday? is it just an allergy because before I forget to wash after sex and let fluids and saliva dry on it?

I hope it is nothing like herpes? can herpes or other dangerous STD which is not currable just arise without being transmitted to me by my partner?

I disagree - this doesn't really sound like an ingrown hair but you need to follow up with your doctor for this and find out what is really going on.  You could have an oil duct in the skin that gets blocked easily or something along with a hundred other very common things.  It sounds like this is something that is normal for you ( so stop picking at it ) if it's been there for 10 years now.

Nothing you've mentioned sounds like herpes but that doesn't mean you can't possibly have herpes too. Why not go and be seen and get a physical exam and full std testing and go from there. If your doctor can't figure out what the dryness is from - see a dermatologist. Genital eczema is quite common too as a cause.

Also, if you notice it closely you will see hair coming out of them pimples. Plus do you have brownish red spots on your public hair area and thighs? I have several brownish spots on my public hair area which has hair coming out it. Which leads me to believe that they might be ingrown hair. I am going to doctor today to double check it.

Sounds like they are ingrown hair. I have same things, them tiny pimple looking ingrown hair are at the bottom of my penis. First time I noticed them, I really freaked out. Then I went to Urologist and he checked it out. He told me that they are ingrown hair or something. You can visit your local urologist to ease your mind.
