Transmission during incubation

I had unprotected oral sex from an escort Thursday morning (first and only time). Thursday night (14 hours later)  I had sex with my wife. On Friday after midday I started experiencing a tingling on the tip of my penis which persisted. I then searched the internet and to my horror found that oral sex was not that safe from STD´s. I made a list of the most common infections and found them to be Gonorrhea, NGU, Syphillis and maybe Chlamydia. I did not have any more sex with my wife and on Monday started treatment with a single one pill of 500mg Ciprofloxacin and Doxcyycline 100mg twice a day for 7 days. I am on day 2 of the treatment (self administered) and for the moment I have not experienced any kind of discharge. I am aware of psicological symptoms but I really feel I caught something which has a short incubation time (Gonorrhea ?). My questions are:
If infected, would I have transmitted the disease within 14 hours ?
Are common STD´s cured if treated before incubation ?

Any feedback is really appreciated. I need to decide on my wife although it will cause my divorce and I have two young kids which I also really love.

Thank you.

You could have transfered it in 14 hours after getting it. Common STD's are cured no matter when you take the medicine.
One thing...never self medicate it can cause more harm then good. And now you will probably not know if you had something since you medicated. So you will have to tell your wife to get tested.
