Trich from receiving oral sex?
I have a burning at the tip of my penis, but not particularly during urination. Could this be trich? I received oral sex one time about six weeks ago.

IT could be Trich or other things like NGU or Gono.  Have you been tested?

just burning but without burning during urination means it's not likely to be a std. Odds are it's a fungal issue or even irritation more than anything.

have you seen your provider yet for a proper exam and some basic testing?

I was tested for gono and chlamydia and both came back negative. I'm making an appointment with a urologist. I have an enlarged prostate, and I want his input/expertise. I'll be tested for standard kidney and bladder infection when I see him.

burning at the tip is a symptom of prostatitis.  An enlarged prostate can mean you have prostatitis, so yalk to the urologist about it when you see him.
