Trich

So for the past month my Dr has been tellin me that i had chalymdia BV, yeast infection and UTI and PID. I took all the med for all of this inculding  Metronizadole over the course of a most a month and a half. Now she is saying that i have Trich but i was taking  Metronizadole vaginally so i don't understand why it never went away, but anyway when this first came to lite i asked my b/f if he cheated on me and he said no, of course i thought he was lying because i was told i had chalymdia. But now i'm just trying to understand Trich and if there is a chance he could be telling the truth, so is there any other way a female can get trich. And since i took the one time dose of 4 500mg  Metronizadole could it come back since the vaginal didn't work from the start. Im sorry i know it's alot but i wanted to know:
1) Are there any other ways besides sexual i could have gotten Trich, before i kick my b/f to the side :)
2) Could it come back since i was taking  Metronizadole from the start and it never went away.
3) What is Trich should i feel dirty????

well if you were tested for std's prior to him and everything was negative and now you are testing + for chlamydia, it didn't come out of thin air.

nothing is wrong with your body dear!!

it would be unusual for all of this to just now be showing up this long into a relationship. are you sure your bf isn't having other partners?

actually we don't recommend even bothering to test the male partner. if your partner hasn't been treated for trich yet, he needs to be.

did you both get full std testing that included herpes testing to cover all your bases?

Yes trich will be taken care of by antibiotics.
No real way to tell him, but he should be tested and treated.

Yea it happen out of the blue and we have been together since july of last year. But i don't know the best way to explain this to him, so he won't think i cheated, if there is a way to explain it.

1) Non-sexual means is possible. How long have you been with bf?
2) I don't know
3) Trich is a bacterial infection. You should never feel dirty with a STD.

Trich does not mean someone cheated. If you have suspected before diagnosis then maybe but if it out of the blue then no reason to think that.
