Trichomonas can it cause other STD's

Hello Dr.,
My girlfriend contracted Trichomonas and has been treated. I go into the doctors tommorrow for STD test and blood test (HIV). My girlfriend believes I gave her Trichomonas. She hasnt recieved her STD test results yet.. I have had un protected sex with a few girls not many. What are my chances of contracting more STD's and should I be worried about HIV or other horriable diseases? My gf is scared and so am I for causing this issue.

the best thing to do is to get a full std screening done when you are seen tomorrow to cover all your bases.
