Two Red Bumps On The Pubic Region

I am a 20 year old male. I have 2 red bumps on my pubic region. i recently shaved about 2 weeks ago. I have recently had unprotected sex about 4 days ago. One of the bumps had a hair in it and i plucked it out and popped it. It looked like what comes out when you pop a pimple. I sweat a lot and the bumps don't itch or burn. I was wondering if I can get any insight on this.

Thank you.

They are probably just shaving bumps/infected hair follicles, but you should get it checked to be sure.
