UH OH wat is it??

i was recently been told by my doctor that i had an yeast infection. i was given anti-fungal cream to put on my penis foreskin and the head of the penis twice a day. Last night, i probably have put it on too much, and this morning, i felt that my penis is wetter than usual. So i took a shower, and later in the day, i realized that there are alot of small white dots on the shaft of the penis. they are really small, as if they are dotted by a very thin white pen, sorta like the bumps on your tongue. there are a few thats a bit bigger in size, and looks less white, more yellowish i would say. They are not painful, does not cause irritation, or does not itch at all. I have no problem urinating and i do not feel any other symptoms. Anyone out there? what could this be??

FYI, all my sexual encounters have been protected. Didnt have protected vaginal sex for about 6 months, and didnt have protected oral sex for 3 months.

It could be a reaction to the cream, but google fordyce spots.  Perhaps the irritation just caused them to be more prominent.
