UTI or STD?

Alright,I have no idea what's going on down there. I'm a 17 year old male and I find myself having to use the rest room 15+times a day. My left testicle is either bigger than my right one, or it's swollen. I never really checked myself out that much until I started suspecting an Std. I also have a clear discharge that is sometimes like water,or it is sticky like pre ejactulate. I feel like I have to urinate all the time. Sometimes, when I feel like i have too, hardly anything comes out. I feel like I have to unload a river, but I really don't have too. Sometimes it's difficult to pee. I rarely feel a burning sensation. Even if I do,it's very slight. I have had sexual relations with 5 girls. i only have been all the way with 1. She was a virgin, but a guy had fingered her before. I fingered all of them and got oral from 3 of them. My penis touched a few of their vaginas without sex. They wouldn't let me go in. I can't stop my urine either. It just continues to drip for  about 1 minute after I urinate. I leak something during the day. It makes my underwear wet. Some days it's a little. Some days it's alot. The leakage has gotten better after I quit masturbating so much. It's always worse after i masturbate. Please give me a hint at what's going on. It would be much aprreciated.

What is going on...well you need to be seen by a Dr, this could be a STD or some other kind of infection.
