Uncertain about my condition kindly diagnose
I had an exposure( protected oral and vaginal Intercourse with prostitute) in last week of december 2013 and and soon after two or three days i had developed itching and wrinkles and very small white spots on penis head but no pain along with frequent urination(i slept after masterbating without properly cleaning my penis). i applied over the counter anti fungal cream and after 2 or 3 days the penis head was clean and everything becomes normal. after 3 to 4 days the same problem comes again and i again applied he same cream and the condition was improving again but this time i went to doctor and told him the whole incident and he had given me doxy 100 mg for a week and 2 day course for anti chylmydia medicine. Everythin was becoming clear but after 3 days i spotted a small red spot near my penis tip and when i pass urine it pains but only for 10 to 15 seconds. I Changed the doctor and the ew doctor said that it is just an fungal infectionand it will go away with in few weeks and also asked me to go through VDRL test and Serology Hiv-1 and 2 after almost 27 days after exposure and they both the tests was negative. i had taken the antifungal tablets and anti fungal cream and applied to the afftected area and again when everything was becoming clear again 2 or 3 small red spots was below the peins ring and i also applied anti fungal cream to those small red spots and they were healed in just two days. But after 4 days the skin of penis head turns white in color and after 2 days it starts peeling off and the head becomes a bit raw and doctor said that please apply the same cream on the penis head and i had done that then after 5 days i start feeling burning sensation inside my penis shaft and on the tip of my penis doctor said it may be an UTI and had given some antibiotics and the burning sensation is cleared but pain in the penis tip is still there and this time doctor changed my medication to azithral 500mg and said that it will take care of your problem. Although pain in the penis tip is almost nil or i can say very very less and i think medicine is working. i also want to mention that from the day of exposure the foreskin of my penis is very irritated but no itching or pain and the skin of my penis shaft is also irritated and i feel a bit of itching when i touches it I also want to mention that there are two small red colored bumps. I had also devepled a problem a problem of irregular frequent urination after the exposure I had asked my doctor that whether there is any requirement for other std test he says it is not an a std and says that it might be because of allergic reaction of condoms.( I had used 4 condoms on that day two were flavoured and 2 normal condoms and as per my knowledge condoms was not broken). please help me and kindly tell me the cause of my problem. when ever i feel that my penis is becoming normal something new crops up. there is no discharge or sore like spots on my penis.
