Understanding Discharge..?

So i have questions about understanding the term "discharge" more. I had chlamydia at one point in life and discharge was early in am only if i squeeze from base of penis to tip i would see size of maybe rain drop of white / cloudy substance. Well, recently i am trying to understand the quantity, color and normalcy aspect. I recently was told i have NGU, now during day , doesn't matter when during day, if i squeeze tight and hold tip i will see a trace of clear fluid, so scant that i can't even tell if its mucus , water, etc..looks clear. My question is this...  Some docs/ nurses would say men have normal fluid inside ueretha that anyone who squeezes would likely get some fluid - IS that true, or is this fluid only result of NGU? Secondly, I was given flagyl and doxy and finished after my week of doxy. My results were neg for std. So if i am still having this clear fluid after i squeeze and i took many antibiotic..what could be causing this fluid, is it my own stress??? Could my own squeezing tight be causing inflammation thus showing positive result for NGU - Very odd most treatments for NGU would say azithro 1g or doxy 100mg 7 days. I have taking both in past 20 days and yet the fluid still is there. - thoughts??

I figured, however i was positive for NGU and really no symptoms other than the clear non discharge if i squeeze. And I've been on many antibiotics. Would the likely result be ureaplasma?? and if thats the case is that something i should be concerned about passing back n forth to partner - would they need treatment too?

When you have to squeeze anything out not really considered discharge. Some discarge can be a little normal from time to time.
NGU is bacially bacteria and squeeing is not going to make a positive test
