Unknown bump on penile shaft

I have a grey hard bump on the shaft of my penis about 1cm below the ridge of my penis head. It has been there for 4 months and grown in size a little. it is about half the size of a pencil eraser. I am uncircumcised and when I pull my foreskin back I can see the bump. It does not itch, burn or hurt its just there. I also have a very small raised dark grey spot/patch about 1/2 cm to the left of it but it is barely noticeable. I do have hpv and had an outbreak about 4/5 years back on my anus but yet since then have any no other outbreaks (think i fought off the virus) However this bump is a concern. To me it does not look like a wart or any wart I had on my anal region. Any idea what this could be? I have been in a monogamous relationship for 2 years. T

Bumps and things like that are unlikely to be STD related, but only a Dr can tell you what it is.
