Unprotected Cunnilingus with High-End Sex Worker

I am a married man and occasionally see the same relatively high-end sex worker ($400/hr.) in San Francisco. To be honest, it's mostly for company and we don't have vaginal or anal sex, but occasionally she'll perform protected fellatio on me. I'm not worried about this. However, I recently started performing unprotected cunnilingus on her. She orgasms very quickly (5 minutes) and typically asks me to place my tongue deep inside her (to give you a sense of the exposure). In addition to this, we have done cocaine together (sometimes a lot) and shared straws, but only snorting, no injection. Thus, my question is, am I at risk for STD exposure given these experiences? My general understanding is that unprotected cunnilingus is very low risk of any HIV transmission. Also, I'm not freaked out, but, of course, I don't want there to be an issue with my wife. Thus, does it make sense to get tested? I'm on the fence.

Thanks for your comments. Here are some interesting facts. I generally trust this escort since we share personal information. Of course, I can't know her escort practices, but she has always been safe with me. Related to that, and the fact that we see each other regularly, I know she doesn't have a boyfriend and what she claims is that she only let's me perform oral on her. I tend to believe that because she cums in literally 2-5 minutes and it's really hard where her legs shake. I don't think it's an act. But it could be.

Apart from that, I just paid for an online medical consultation and the reaction from that physician was that HPV and HSV are the only risks. He told me that there are no risks for anything else. Yet even the HSV and HPV risks are low. My wife took Gardasil and if I get throat cancer, maybe I deserve it, but unlikely given this physician's input. Further, transmission to my wife is low. Even on HSV, this physician shared that it's still a low occurrence with cunnilingus. In fact, he thought the coke binges with hookers was my greatest heath risk. That's probably correct.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Hi, if you were not married id say no big issues but for your wifes concern you are exposing her to herpes, syphilis and hpv. I cant advise you what to do but these are the facts. If she letting you do this, how many more clients of her are also doing it. If she is having protected vaginal with other clients then she is being exposed to herpes, syphilis and hpv.
