Unprotected Oral Sex with Vietnamese Prostitute

I received unprotected oral sex from a prostitute in Vietnam a month and a half ago. About 2 weeks after the encounter I went to my GP and got tested for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and he took a Herpes swab because I had a burning sensation on the head of my penis as well as when I urinated, everything came back negative.

I then went back and asked if he can do a anti-body blood test for Herpes as well as test for Syphilis. It came back positive for HSV1 and negative for HSV2, Syphilis was negative as well.

I have a lot of anxiety about HIV because I masterbated twice before I received unprotected oral sex.

I've have 4 questions.

1. What is my chances of contracting HIV ?(I know there is a chance)
2. Did I get tested too soon for HSV2 & Syphilis, I believe these STD's also have window periods?
3. Should I get tested for any other STD's, Hep A,B & C?
4. As mentioned above it been 6 weeks, should I wait for the 12 weeks to pass or is it worth getting tested now and again at 12 weeks ?(Waiting for the window period to pass is killing me).

1. no risk for hiv
2. yes for herpes it would be 3 months and 6 weeks for syphilis.
3. syphilis and herpes would be the most risk.
4. oral sex is low risk activity esp if she did not have any lip sores at the time.
