Unprotected Oral please hel

I'm a 23 year old male I've received unprotected oral 6 times total within the span of a year or less and after the 5th time my groin lymph nodes swelled up and my penis turned a weird shape for a day or 2 like it was swollen just before it makes the tip of my penis then on the bottom left hand corner of my bottom lip this bump or lump occurred swelled up for a about 30 min or so then it went away then another one came back about a month after. and I started to get what looked like acne on both of my inner thighs. Then the new year hit 2016 another lump in my lip occurred but this time on my top lip. The person I was with claims they are clean and gets tested regularly and has no symptoms. Does anyone know what this is or what it might be I've never been tested and don't have health insurance what do I do I'm freaking out constantly googling symptoms my guess is it's syphilus

Your lip issue is not related to receiving oral sex and if your groin node swelled up about a week after the last encounter that would be a symptom of genital herpes recently acquired But the swelling should be accoumpained with flu like symptoms and even before any of this, a penis blister type sore should have appeared. If only the node was involved i would not be to concerned its herpes as if the last person did not have any lip sores at the time, your risk would be close to zero anyway.
So to answer your question, a swelling node is a symptom of fighting an infection.
Also with syphilis, you would have a chancre sore developing not just a swollen node so no chancre, no syphilis.
