Unprotected Sex Rash and Testicle Pain

I had unprotected sex about 6 weeks ago.  I also had unprotected sex with a different partner about 11 weeks ago that had chicken pox.  About 3 weeks after the second incident and about 8 weeks after the first incident I developed testicular pain and lower abdomonial pain.  Also, there was a rash on the head of my penis.  I went and saw a doctor the day this happened and he thought it was herpes.  He put me on valtrex.  They did a swob test and it came back inconculsive.  I returned 2 weeks later and the same doctor was positive that it couldn't be herpes becasue the rash didn't get worse and didn't form into blisters. He gave me a cream called fucidin which never helped.  I returned a week later and another doctor gave me an anti-inflammatory cream which seems to be making it a little better.  The rash is mostly gone but after masturbation the head of my penis ir really red.  I do however still have the pain in my testicles and lower abdominom.  Also, after ejaculation the testicle pain worsens.  I also, sometimes get pains in my legs.  Also, i get a tingly feeIing from the head of my penis.  The head of my penis also feels slightly itchy, not very severe though. I had the general std urine test for clyamedia and goherrea  which came back negative.  I was wondering if you have any idea what it could be and if it could something unrelated to the unprotected sex.

Testicular pain is not normal, nor is it normal for it to last this long.  I think you need to work on this with a health care provider.  Could it be an STD- unlikely given your negative tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia.  There are many possibilities for causing genital rashes and/or testicular pain.

As for the herpes issue.  This seems a bit unlikely based on your history (typically herpes appears in less than a week after exposure)

My best guess is that this is not related to your unprotected sex.  That it has been going on for a while and has been treated on several occasions with treatments that didn't work complicate assessment.  Getting examined by a health care professional who can take a full history, do a complete examine including looking at any rash that might be present and do what tests are warranted is needed.  Please let us know what comes of your next interactions with a health care provider.  EWH

Hi johnnyrocket...could you post if you make any progress? I have almost identical symptoms but for a lot longer than you (1 year...still get mild rash, discomfort in penis, testicles and abdomen). Every time I resolve to do something about it it goes away and I feel ok.
Thanks..
