Unprotected lap dance

Last Wednesday on 5/6/15 I went to a strip club.   I got a lap dance from a stripper.   She is a sex worker inside and outside the club.   I don't know what her sexual health status is.   During the lap dance she took my penis out and rubbed her vagina up and down the shaft of my penis.   That lasted for about 1 -  2 seconds at the most.  That scared me so  I adjusted my position so she is rubbing herself on my pants instead.   I did not have sex or oral sex with her.   But she did finish me off with a hand job.  I've been worried about the genital to genital rubbing since the moment it happened.

The next day on 5/7/15 I started feeling a burning sensation by the head of my penis.   That has lasted  everyday even up until today 5/12/15.  Today I can feel a burning sensation in my scrotum now and it also burns a little bit when I pee.
I've been worried to death everyday since that encounter.   I haven't slept good in days.  I barely eat now. This whole situation has brought me to tears because I am sure my fiance is going to leave me if I do have an std.  I'm so stupid.   But I wasn't expecting the lap dance to go that far.

Is there a high chance  I caught an std such as herpes from those few seconds of genital rubbing?  If not is there some kind of penile infection I could of got from this encounter?   What kind of test can I get done this week?   Someone please help me.   I'm so scared.

OK that makes me feel a little better.   But why do I have that burning sensation?  That still worries me. I've never felt that until I had that lap dance.  Is it possible I got a bacterial or fungal infection?
