Unprotected oral - male to male

I see a lot of postings about unprotected oral sex and the risk factor is low for a male receiving oral sex, but does that change if it is a male giving? and the std status is unkown of the person giving the oral sex?

no it does not.

oral sex in general is low risk. If you aren't aware of your partner's std status though you should be protecting yourself by only giving and receiving protected oral sex.
