Unprotected oral sex with prostitute.

Hello,
I'm 24 yrs, Last night I had a prostitute give me oral sex while i was unprotected, this lasted about 20 minutes. the whole time I was rubbing her vagina area and inserting my fingers into her vagina. I noticed that the inside of her vagina was swollen, her vaginal lips were also swollen. I then put on a condom and had sexual intercourse with her. the sex only lasted about 5 minutes if that, because I couldn't stand the smell coming from her vagina. when we were finished with our encounter I turned the lights on and noticed that she had what appeared to be sores on and mostly around her chin and cheeks. This all happened about 12 hours ago. I will never ever pay for sex again I have only been with one other women in my life.
