Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma are bacterial infections of the genitourinary system, not skin infections (like HSV or HPV).  Therefore, when you wear a condom, it prevents the exchange of fluids which might carry these bacteria.   That is why condoms which do not break are 100% effective against these.
