Urethral sore

by Fermino, Jul 12, 2008 08:40AM
I am a 60 year old heterosexual male. I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex (pretty vigorous) for 4 straight nights about 1 week ago with a long time acquaintance. 5 days later I noticed a burning sensation at the tip of the urethra with swelling on one side of the meatus. Upon opening the meatus there is a 1 mm whitish non-ulcerated lesion 2 or 3 mm from the opening. Obviously, I have burning on urination. I do not know if my partner had a canker sore at the time. Ideas?

The best thing to do is to see your provider for this on monday and get an exam and full work up done.  Discuss whether a full std screening is in order or not too.
