Urethritis

I am a 28 year old male and I got oral sex from a female sex trade worker 2 1/2 months ago (with condom - no slippage or breaks noted).  I have had not had sex otherwise in  more then 1 year though I am in a long term relationship.  I have previously only had a couple of monogomaous relationships and no history of stds.  Within two days I had penis tip pain.  I have not had any lesions, or any discharge.  I have not had any fevers, etc.  The opening of  the penis may have been red (maybe reading too much), and there may have been some dribbling after peeing, more than normal.  I have had intermitent senses of fullness in the perineum since as well.  I recieved 10 days of levofloxacin - and started to get better but then went back to before.  I recieved three weeks of doxycycline to no effect.  After two months I went to a private std clinic while on travel and had a battery of tests done including the 28 d HIV, urine g+c, urine hsv, syphilis, hep b and c.  I had pain in the penis when recieving these tests.  I was given at hte clinic a 400 tab of cefixime which I took on day 1.  I started to feel better.  the next day i took the 1 g of azithromycin.  All the tests came back negative (including hsv on first void urine).  I then felt normal for 10 days only to have things come back.  I have had sense of fullness in the perineum and discomfort at times.  My penis aches but the pain can not be produced by squeezing it.  Penis pain is worse with walking.  It otherwise looks normal.  I am in a difficult situation as I know the local std treatment folks socially - and feel I cannot go to them for assistance.

What could this be?  How likely is hsv given the negative urine test?  Can trich be transmitted orally?

Talk to a urologist about the possibility of prostatitis...sounds like something you may have.

Your protected oral sex is not going to give you a STD like NGU, Gonorrhea or things like that.

For HSV questions post in the herpes community.
