VDRL Reactive / TPPA indeterminate
if VDRL / RPR testing is reactive 1:1, but TPPA result is indeterminate, what is that mean? what should we do with this result? what can cause indeterminate of TPPA result? Thanks

Indeterminate means they couldn't tell either way.  It might be a good idea for you to retest.

In any case, the 1:1 on the RPR would mean an old infection.  Have you ever had syphilis before?   If you have, then this test will likely always be positive, and as long as it stays as a 1:1 or a 1:2, there is no cause for worry.

If your doctor isn't explaining this to you, make sure you ask.  You can also always go to an std clinic for testing.  They will be able to help you understand these results.
