VERY CONCERNED

by Lisa025, Nov 10, 2009 04:49PM
Hello, ok so I am the kind of person that worries about everything. about two months ago I preformed oral sex to one of my male friends. He did not cum in my mouth but I believe I got a little pre-cum on my tounge(the next day I found a bump on the underside of my tounge). I went about a month after the incounter and got tested for HIV, Herpes and one other std. They all came back negative. I spoke with my doctor about my concerns and she said I had nothing to worry about.
But I would like a second opinoin.I have a few bumps around my mouth and I have several on the very back of my tounge. My arms often tingle but I have been told its just because of the way I sleep and the activities I do during the day. There have also been a few days where I wake up and I feel a little sick. It normally goes away through out the day but I am just very concerned I have HIV.
If anyone could help my out, it would be greatly appriciated.

Answer this question:  Are you going to believe the word of people on the internet over a scientific lab test?  I would think a lab test is more accurate than some stranger on the internet (expert or not) telling you what you don't want to hear.  Oral std's in general are rare.  The bumps around your mouth are more likely to be a mild allergic reaction and you stressing yourself out than a symptom of any std.  HIV is not contracted orally anyway.  You should have more faith in your lab results.

Thank you so much for your response. I was just unsure if a month was long enough to get tested. But I understand that it is almost impossible to get HIV through oral sex.
Again thank you for your response!
