Vaginal Chafing or Something else

Hey you guys. I had sex Thursday morning around 3am but i really didnt want to have sex with the guy which led to me not being fully aroused so i was pretty dry around the end of it. I was pretty sore the next day but it wasnt unbearable. Today Friday morning i woke up with an itching/burning sensation that will NOT go away. The outside of my vagina is tender to touch and sore and the burning/itching sensation is constant. It doesn't necessarily burn when i pee. The lips are kind of red (Hard to tell because im African American ). No discharge or odor. I've never been chafed so im not fully sure how to compare this pain. It was unprotected so im pretty worried. What does this sound like? Also if it is an std do symptoms usually come that quick?

Does not sound like a STD, more like irritation.
