Vaginal Discharge during bowel movement

In the last few months I have noticed that sometimes when I go to the bathroom I have this clear, odor-less vaginal discharge that is very think almost like a gel. It only  happens every so often but here recently I  have noticed that it only seems to happen when I have a bowel movement, it is not coming from my anus though. When it first started occuring, I didnt notice the bowel movement so I have no idea if thats the only time its happened. I've read that once a month, this happens to women when they are ovulating. I just want to get further insight on the situation since I've recently noticed it happening with a bowel movement. Signs and Symptoms of STD's confuse me for the most part, so reading up on it has really done me no good. Everything I read just keeps saying it has to do with ovulation... any advice?

Thank you so much for the advice. I figured it was just normal but it was starting to worry me and just thought I'd get someone's advice.

this sounds more like a normal discharge that occurs at different times during your cycle. Our cervical mucous thickens and does get rather jelly like a times and the force of the bowel movement is causing it to move out where you wipe and notice it.
