Vaginal Plantars Warts

I have been diagnosed with venerial plantar warts.  i dont really know anything about them and am seeking information.  I have had the same partner for a year and we have both been monogamas...but still somehow I got warts.  I have a gyno apppointment in three days but Im cocnerned..Im scared they wont go away...that they will spread etc...Can you tell me a bit about them and the side affects and really anything that might help me understand them.  Will they be there for life etc

That's a peculiar diagnosis.  The word "plantar" means "involving the sole of the foot".  By definition, a wart on the sole of your foot is a plantar wart and the term is never used for genital warts.  So let's leave "plantar" out of if:  you have genital warts.

Hello again.

I was just treated for the warts...they used a chemical to I think burn them off...They turned white and I am two days later noticing discharge and blood and some have actually fallen off...Is this normal? Im sorta confused.
