Very Confused

I have a few things going on that I cant explain, maybe somebody can help me out with this one? In April me and a Guy I have known for a very long time was tested for HIV rapid and Gon/Chly. HIV was negative I figured the others would be also. We had unprotected vaginal Sex a few times in one night. Oral apx. 10 times different occasions.
A few days later doctor calls he is positive for CHLYMIDIA we were both treated with Doxycycline. About the end of April through now Ive had a number of weird things happening. Started with sore throat diarhea low fevers never over 100 white tongue that still keeps coming back. Yeast infection, Bacterial Vaginosis 2 times in May. Then my hair keeps thinning out in the front real bad. Now I have begun to notice that I have something like little round scar like spots showing up one on my knee one in my armpit and a few just spread out on my body in various places. There is a few other things i just cant think of right now Does this sound familiar to anything??

Testing should be done at approprate window periods -this is the time from which you had your potential exposure to the testing time; potential sexual exposure is unprotected vaginal/anal sex.
the major STDs and window periods are:

chlamydia, gonorrea, NGU (NGU mainly for men) - 7 days post exposure
syphilis                                                                  4-6   weeks post exposure
HIV                                                                           3   months post exposure
HSV-                                                                        4   months post exposure
