Very Worried

Hello, first I'd like to say I'm male, not female as it says on my profile, I can't seem to change that.

I'm worried, I shamefully cheated on my wife one time only on the 5th of June, 5 days later I strted to need to pee all the time, I visited my doctor on the 15th June and he tested me for Clymadia and Gonnorhea and gave me 1 gram of Zithromax to take straight away.  The results came back negative.  2 weeks later the need to urinate came back again, and 4 times since then I've had a tiny amount of clear discharge in the morning.

I was tested again for Clymadia and Gonnorea on Monday the 9th of June and again got a negative result, My doctor did a urine test and there was no bacteria, can this be false because of the Zithromax?

My doctor tested me by taking a swap of my uretha and since then the last 3-4 days, my uretha has been stinging, is this because of the swap test?  Or should I worry about herpes?

The GU clinics here in Denmark say that you cannot be retested for Clymadia until 5 weeks after a dose of Zithromax but I've read other places that 3 weeks if fine like my last test.  Can you tell me whats accurate?

I'm going out of my mind with worry, any answers would be very much appreciated

Ok i have chlamydia and i have taken a 10 days of doxy. I retested and my results are igm-0.38
and igg-0.83. I am negative or still infected?

If my ex boyfriend is positive for chlamydia and he currently has a gf can igm and igg test tell if i transmitted it to him?

Or if the igm and igg test would say that i can be an infection from his new relationship from which the chlamydia goes back from his current partner to him?

Dr's do not read or answer in this forum, you have to pay to ask them a question.

2 false negatives-probably would not happen unless you were on a anti-biotic that messed up the test.

Yes it may take different medication or longer on the same medication. What infection did they say you have?

Thanks for the prompt answer, if any of the doctors are reading this can they answer the following question, what are the odds of having 2 false negative results over a 3 week period?

1st test taken and same day taken zithromax 1gram, test result negative, and second test, exactly 3 weeks after and also negative?

After the test I was told that I had an infection in my urethra and the zithromax would cure it, but these symptoms are back again, I read that sometimes a singlr dose of zithromax sometimes isn't enough to cure a uretha infection and a longer course of anti-biotics may be required, it his true?

Once again thankyou

If you did have anything then the zith could have cured it, so it's not false because of it.
It could be due to the swab, you are putting something in a place where it should not go.

I have heard 2-3 weeks.

Clear morning discharge could just be pre-seminal fluid and urge to pee could just be in your mind.
