Very much scared of contracting an STD!! plz help

I'll keep it as short as possible. I'm 26 male, and I was a virgin until I decided (after long time of sexual repression) to lose my V-card to a sex-worker last week.
Of course I used a condom for vaginal penetration and it did not break nor slip off. But, I did something very stupid. I performed unprotected oral sex on her (cunnilingus) lasted for seconds with the tip of my tongue. The next day morning I woke up and went to the sink in my bathroom and spitted and there was blood!!
I also noticed sores underneath my tongue along with strange feeling and appearance. I was freaking out!
I brushed my teeth and tongue to make sure I cleaned everything. Almost 4 days later my lips was not looking normal and I developed sore throat as well, I went to a dentist and she told me that I'm okay and prescribed to me a mouth wash, and the usual pills for cold sore throat!
Now after 1 week of exposure and for the second time I spitted blood, I also noticed some blisters at the very end of my tongue (upper side).
I'm very scared and terrified and feeling sad all the time, I can't think clearly or concentrate on my lessons :(
I don't want it to be the 1st and the last sex in my whole life!
Please, I need someone's reassurance or advice about my health status.
What is the worst that can happen to me?

you've had your questions about the likelihood of this being a std answered already. follow up with your provider as needed.
So you're basically saying that there is no std causes throat bleeding. Right?

it's easier to just cut open a condom and lay it over a woman when you perform oral on her. Cheaper and easier to find too! flavored condoms help cover the latex taste a little as well as they make flavored lubes that help improve the taste too.

we've already told you previously there was no reason to think this was std related. if you don't have a std, no reason to abstain from sex. practice protected sex, including protected oral so you don't have reason to worry like this again :)

It's been almost 1 month and a half since the encounter and I'm not suffering from anything and there is no symptoms or what so ever.
The only thing that I'm not comfortable with is the inflammation at the very top of my throat and at the very end of my mouths on the gums. The feeling of dryness, and a little blood mixed with the saliva especially after waking up in the morning, these oral area are a little bit red as well and I've been having this since weeks! I went to the doctor twice and he simply said that it's not serious and it's not std related and prescribed to me some medicine "some kind of herbs, oil, spray, etc for both nasal and oral use" (they're entitled in a foreign language). Now, I've been using them for like two weeks but I can't notice any better
health status yet!
Any comment is highly appreciated.

I just remembered that (during the episode) I sucked on the girl's armpits if that makes any difference.

I went to another clinic to be checked one more time. I was told whatever problem I have is not going to be serious. However, I ought to do a blood test within 2 days and be back to her, doctor said.
I began to think that the small pimples on my tongue are already there since ever. (yeah, I believe so).
As for the throat problem (slight dryness and ache) which I believe is the source of bleeding, I'll be checked for it as well and hopefully get a proper medicine.
I'll post as soon as I get my results.

these sound more like inflammed taste buds than anything.

Some of the pimples are round, some are not. They do not seem that they are filled with some fluid (i.g puss) at least so far.
btw: the weather now where I live is very cold if this makes any difference.

Today is the 21st day after the encounter (three weeks exactly), sadly I can notice at the middle of my tongue few small blisters. Actually, I can not tell whether they're blister, pimples, warts, etc.. I'm ignorant.
But they are small, few, not very white, not very red.. not painful and they do not bleed so far (I'm talking about these things on my tongue which just appeared).
Other than that nothing.. just a slight sore throat and a feeling of dryness at the top of the throat.

you have absolutely no reason to think that this is a std causing this!!
go follow up on this properly with your doctor for better answers. we can not diagnose you here and even though your dentisit didn't really see anything, perhaps your doctor will give you better answers.

This is day 20 and no symptoms appear yet what so ever EXCEPT FROM... the fact that I still notice little blood in my saliva while spitting and this happens sometimes after waking up. I don't know if this is because of the sore-like, red spots underneath my tongue which I have since the second day after the exposure?!

I mean could I possibly contract oral herpes? syphilis? chlamydia, etc?
And as far as I know that symptoms of any STD may not appear at all.
