Very scared! Do I have an STD?

Please someone help me. I am very scared and I need to know what I have. For about a year now I have been getting this small (about the size of a ball point pen tip) , hard bump on the roof of my mouth that keeps reapperaing every couple of weeks. It is very painful and I can pop it if I really dig at it. It always reappears in the EXACT same spot. Also, for about 8 months now or maybe longer I keep getting numerous canker sores inside my mouth in various spots. They too are painful. I also get what seem to be infected taste buds on my tongue.
I also just got one small blister on the palm of my hand. I popped it and a few days later there was a small cluster of blisters on my palm right in the same area.

I am worried that I may have STD's because about 10 months ago I was experiencing bleeding after sex. I visited my doc and had a pap smear done. She said my cervix was very inflamed so she did a cervical freeze. She also said I had a minor detection of HPV in my pap smear. She did not further STD testing like for Chlymidia or Gonorrhea.  (spelling is not correct)

Please someone help me! What does it sound like I have? I have been worried sick for the past few weeks because of this all!!!! Do I have any STD's besides HPV?

Also, I just had another Pap done about a week ago and this one came back normal.  Could the HPV not be showing up now because I did have a cervical freeze done previously?

The thing in your mouth doesn't sound like an STD.  Warts are rare in the mouth and are never painful; this sounds more like an infected cyst of some sort.  Next time it appears, see a health care provider--probably your dentist--before you mess with it.  Your canker sores probably are totally separate from that problem.

Any doc who sees an "inflamed" cervix in a sexually active woman and doesn't test for STDs, especially chlamydia and gonorrhea, is providing substandard care.  You should have been tested; maybe you were and your doc just didn't mention it.  But if not or if you're unsure, to be safe you should be tested now, even 10 months later; chlamydia in particular can hang around for more than a year.  You don't necessarily need a pelvic exam; a urine test can be done.  But this is unrelated to the oral problem; your genital HPV infection almost certainly didn't get into your mouth.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

It doesnt sound to me like you have anything other than hpv. I dont think you can spread chlamydia or even herpes on your body parts like your hands. I had bumps and stuff like you are saying on me at different times, and I have hpv. The ones in your mouth just sounds like a virus. Had one of those too, hurt to even eat a piece of bread. Just change your toothbrush for sure! Youre pap not noticing your hpv, it does lay dormant, and go away, the reason it showed up that time was because it was acting up. I dont understand why she froze your cervix just because it was inflammed. I might be wrong but pretty sure they only do that if they are trying to stop abnormal cells from growing anymore. I dont think you have anything to worry about.
