Very worried! Please help!

Two weeks ago exactly I recieved a massage from an African American woman, I am a man. I took off my shirt and she laid a pillow under my face which smelt like body fluids, she used a lotion and rubbed my back for 20 minutes. Afterwords she put my hand on her breast and offered me a happy ending, i unwisely licked her nipples and side abdomins. She gave me a handjob which last less than 5 minutes. I felt extremely remorseful and dirty after this, cleaned myself off and took a shower asap when I got home. Three days later i had a rising bump on my upper lip and lower lip and my lips chapped (but the weathers been changing and that seems to happen to me normally) so I didn't think much of it. About 5 days after the encounter I was unsure if I developed some small bumps underneath the head of my penis or they were always there, but today two weeks after the encounter getting in the shower mid-way up the shaft of my penis there was a red bump with two pimple looking heads popping out after having unprotected sex with my gf(which I have never seen before in this area of my body). Both white heads popped and i cleaned myself off in the shower, but I have been sick with a fever the last two-three days. My questions are this:

A - Does my encounter impose any risk at all for recieving an STD or NGU or HIV?
B - Are pimples normal on the shaft of my penis?
C- If I was at a small/slight risk what possibly STDs could I have contracted? I am most worried about HPV, Herpes, Syphilis, Gonnorea, etc

Thanks Vance - I'm gonna go have it checked out.. and just for ease of mind - would i be the first person anyone on this forum would have ever encountered to recieve a std from a handjob/nipple licking??

Thanks Vance - Ive read numerous of your responses pertaining to the hand-jobs and kept telling myself I wouldn't pester you all until I had a reason to worry because its not a risk, I have NEVER had a pimple on my penis before hence setting off an alarm in my head. Would have I opened myself to any risk when I licked her body?

See a Dr if your concerned, it has nothing to do with a STD.

sorry to double post but i thought id also ask what is the possibility of a yeast infection? If I wasnt at risk for anything sexually transmitted - what could these symptoms mean?
