Wake up at night with a erect penis pain

I had sex with my g.f 4months ago...after that i often have pain in penis during the sleep and wake up with erection in penis.at first i didnt give much concern but its reoccuring  after 1-2weeks .ould it be some STD?}please tell me

Thank you thats a very releviing words...wat about back pain ie above the baddock behind stomach.i heard its an hiv symptom and iam having it too

Can it be some kind of std since i hve to go to city or check up...its doesnt dicharge nor do i have a sore or some kind of rash...it just pain only when it erect at night.please help

sir i hope its not an STD since i dnt have any kind of sore or discharge..
iam planing to get tested but ill have to wait one More month to get into city so will it be dangerious if i delay if its STD? I dont have any knowledge what is the risly behind std

Since it was a hard stroke, then maybe you injured your penis.

There is no discharge Sir...i remember that after a hard stoke in her vagina since she was virgin.

and sir it actually dont happen every night just sometime ie feeling urination and it pain and i have to massage it and sleep.i ont know wat is it please help me
