Warts ? or excess skin ? Pictures attached.

Well I'm worried like most are when they don't know what they have. I've got a doctors appointment in a few weeks. But I'm stressing so bad right now that I haven't eaten in two days. Ok, I had unprotected sex over 2 years ago. Yeah little dumb to be worrying about it now. But there's someone I'm getting really close too and I want to make sure I'm clean. Which is why I'm seeing a Doctor in the next few weeks. I'll be asking for Std testing. But On my Penis there's some worries. Now I've been all of the place looking for a picture that comes close to what I'm worried about. But no luck. I have Fordyce spots and pearly penile. Which I know are not Std's. But just underneath Frenulum, more on the circumcision scar. Now it doesn't burn or itch. It's sorta rough and it stretches with the skin with no pain. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am still seeing a doctor. But some relief on what it could be would help. Oh I haven't had unprotected sex in over 2 years. Here's the pictures:

Even if i look i would only be guessing just confirm this with your doctor and like i said im sure its you. By the way, the burning soap thing i did it myself last night OUCH and burns for quite some time! Also remember if you new girl has had past relationships you would need to know her sexual health as well and also remember that even using condoms put one at risk for Herpes, Syphilis and HPV (causes warts and not a good thing to contract as the warts can become disfiguring to your penis). Im not trying to inhibit your sex life but just want  you to have some education about STD.s

Yeah I just wish that I was smart and got tested after that. But I was being dumb. But now there's this girl that I'm getting close to and I just want to be smart about it this time. I have had burning in my urethra before. But I think it was because I washed down there with bar soap. Some of it might have gotten inside. But since then nothing. Could you please have a look at one of my pictures ? I Greatly appreciate the feedback

Hi and welcome. When ever someones going to get tested for what ever reason all the bad things they have done in their life all of a sudden come back and haunt them:(. If you have never had any symptoms like a yellow penis discharge and or burning or itching inside your urethra or any sores that pop up on you penis or really obvious warts then i would say your squeeky clean.
Even if a person has and STD and you have unprotected sex, does not mean you will contract it.
I did not see your photos but i would say for sure are a natural part of your bodys structure. OK?
