I'm not sure what that means, but you wouldn't get symptoms at all the first day.  If it itched the second day, it still means symptoms appeared on the first day after.

Get it checked.  That's the only way you'll know.

Probably from the wet boxers. But if the Bumps aren't razor burn you might want to go get them looked at. I know i get razor burn even if i didnt shave and the male i have sex with recently shaved.
