Weird Bumps on my penis
I am not sure if it is an STD, but I have these weird white pimple like growths that grow around my penis. When I am flaccid they are small, but when I have an erection, it is as if they erect too. I am not sure what this is and I hope it isn't an std as I remember having them for a very long time now, before I even lost my virginity.

Small white bumps that grow when I have an erection
Never go away
Grow around the head of my penis
Could anyone help me get an idea of what this is?
